The HumanLift Founders have extensive experience managing teams in a demanding environment. We understand what it means to do more with less, to do better with less, and the importance of managing teams effectively.

We bring an opinionated approach. Customers leverage our experience by implementing world-class processes on our platform.

More specifically, we believe that:

  • software should be straightforward, clean, and elegant. Normal users should be able to jump in with minimal guidance to do common things quickly; power users should be able to unlock more sophisticated controls (where needed) to handle more complex real-world scenarios
  • previously, attributes like integrity and morale-boost have been difficult to measure--despite the immense impact and influence they have in any team environment. We have fixed this problem, and we provide processes and tools to monitor changes over time, particularly in response to impactful events
  • there is a wisdom to the crowd that is often misunderstood at best, or repressed (due to fear of reprisals or exposure) at worst. By providing a safe environment in which such feedback can be collected, we can harness this great power and use it to help craft specific programs to improve and monitor team performance
  • we understand that every business has its own challenges and unique ways to do business, and we do not want to change that. However, we strongly believe in building processes to support organizations in measuring and monitoring key attributes of team performance
